We developed a simple but smart one button vision inspection machine for dimensional measurement or surface defects identification. It’s more like a half-automatic machine. human intervention work is still exist. It contains only one CCD industrial cameras, the standard one is with a 1.6 megapixel high-resolution camera. This machine is a manual one, the operator will place the items on a flat platform, normally made of glass. Before the machine was shipped to our customer, the vision system installed has already programmed with templates. The user only need to place now press the button, the screen will show to you some obvious Green or Red marks. Green is accepted and Red is rejected. This machine is very easy to learn, a beginner can learn it in just three minutes.

This is the best sale machines in our company. It’s fully automatic from feeding to rejecting. A vibration bowl feeder will lead the start. A massive quantity of products will be put into the hopper. Each product will be transported as a same lying feature to a glass table plate. The cameras (usually 2-8 sets ) are ready for capturing photos from different angles. Plc provide motion assist. When a product was analyzed as NG, the air valve will blow it tow the NG collection exit. The machine can work on a continuing 24 hours if necessary.
